Our Story

Why We Built Nexora

India's hospitality industry is booming. From budget guest houses in small towns to luxury resorts in tourist hotspots, hotels are the backbone of India's growing travel economy. Yet, most still operate with paper menus, phone-based room service, and manual guest request tracking.

We saw this gap firsthand. Guests frustrated by outdated menus. Staff overwhelmed during peak hours. Orders getting lost between the front desk and kitchen. Hotels spending thousands every quarter just to reprint menus when prices change.

Nexora was built to solve these real problems with a simple approach: one QR code per room. Guests scan it, browse the full menu, place orders, request services, and message staff — all from their own phone, with zero app downloads.

The name "Nexora" comes from "Next Era" — because we believe the next era of Indian hospitality is digital, efficient, and guest-centric. And we're building the tools to make that happen, starting from Gujarat and expanding across the country.
